I plan on running 3 days/week.
--one day "sprint" work. (working on 10mph miles)
--one day easy, but not too long
--one day slow and long run, minimum 3 miles, up to 6 miles
I plan on doing a Cathe video 2 days/week
--right now the one saved on directv is good
--later my favorite if I find it, and buy it if I can't
--full body, but skip the dumb stuff
I plan on doing yoga 1 day/week
--the dvd we have
--this is hard because I don't like it that much
--but I do appreciate the stretching and relaxing
--I feel yoga in places that other exercises don't get
--I need to not expect to feel comfortable with it for a few weeks or months
I plan on 1 rest day/week
--on this day a walk or leisure activity with the family is preferred
