I have noticed that each after each child, getting in shape becomes harder and harder. (i know duh right?) Anyway, I ran a marathon just 9 months after Grace was born, the got pregnant again, a year after Luci was born I was just starting to step into the world of non-women's sizes and shopping at "regular" stores, feeling great and able to run long distances when low and behold I was pregnant again. (Is is a coincidence that I become pregnant after getting in shape? I think not.)
So now it's a year after Daniel was born. I have climbed the Sear's Tower and completed a triathlon. You would think I would be a skinny mini, but alas, it is takin even longer to get into shape after my final pregnancy. But here i go.
I have changed my diet and have really been trying to add in exercise, including weight lifting which I know is the way I always take off the pounds. I did it with the first 2 pregnancies and in college 2 times when I saw a dietician and when I was married for 6 months and realized I needed to lose weight (which caused the first pregnancy!)
So this blog is just for me really to keep track of my progress. But if anyone finds it interesting, feel free.
