Ran the 5 yesterday. Walked the warm up and cool down, mostly becasue I did it in the afternoon, but glad I did it. took off most of the week, mostly becasue my partner did, also because it is the semi last week of vacation adn I enjoyed sleeping in. I think I'm getting back on track this week.

Sun-5 mile run. Ran the whole time, although VERY slow. weather was great.
Mon. weights. only 1/2. Needed a small break
tues. day off to sleep in, since storms were doomed to ruin plans anyway
wed. bike to lansing
thursday. weights, whole tape---did the side planks with wide leg!!!! 8 of them. I'm getting stronger. (At least there is some good news as the scale is not moving)Did lighen up on shoulder and arms due to shoulder/neck pain.

Started Cathe boot camp with Ken . He couldn't finish and so I stopped too. A day off is not a bad idea. Hopefully tomorrow a long run.

Traveled to Wisconsin the last 2 days. did wake up and do weights Thursday. Whole tape. Swam in the pool for probably less than 5 minutes. But woke up this morning to make it to the health club in time for 30 minutes on the eliptical. Perfect because my ankle has been hurting.
