Juli Ran!!!

It was rather easy getting up. Started after 6:00. Maybe that helps. Also went to bed by 10:30. I know that makes a difference.

30 minutes with interruption of letting one of the girls in the cottage. But 11 minute mile the whole time!!!

Goal: 4 mile in Al, 42 min. This is the steepest goal so far this year, but isn't it going to feel great!!!

Cathe for 1/2 hour. Technical difficulties made the workout less effective.

Freaked out by the possible ice storm coming our way, Ken and the girls were up on the couch when I was supposed to be doing Cathe. I didn't move them because I thought that was a good excuse not to do anything today! But I did feel sluggish and yuck. Try again tomorrow.

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. Great!!!

Update

So Dawn quit cause it's too cold. Don't blame her, but I would have kept going. Then I thought I had another partner, but she is still dealing with 2 children waking up in the middle of the night. Definately don't blame her either. So I need to find some self-discipline and get up off my a** each morning. The ipod is fixed for all of your songs in the beginning, so get a move on!!!!

(And order Cathe for a real butt burner.)

I'm going for it. Using the treadmill and then getting a Cathe tape as soon as our lost card is replaced.

Yoga once/week. You can do it!!!!
