Skipped Mon. because Dawn was sick. Just couldn't get up for weights on Tues. Did it today 30 min.!
I'm excited because DAwn asked how we are going to do it in the cold instead of when will we stop!

Been running steadily. Constant routine of Mon, wed, fri for 30. Wed. is "speed work." Haven't missed a day.
I started weights this week too. Very slowly.
Need to get back to weekend runs. Haven't since Harvest Days, my normal pattern. Work up to something and then quit.

Great run because I did it even though I was tired. The temp. was good. I was soooo tired. Would have never done it if not for a partner. 30 min.

track work--run a lap, walk 1/2
The first was great. The second we went to fast by 20 seconds. The third was better and we were tired by the forth. DON'T LOSE YOUR PARTNER JULI!!! Don't push too hard. It's better to be out there every day than work on speed.

30 min. beautiful morning, cresent moon, mars was bright, perfect temp., felt great
Tomorrow, go to the track and run at a faster pace one lap, walk 1/2 for at least 10 min., the whole time if Dawn is up for it

Nothing. I should probably be doing weights, but my weight loss recently has been right at 2 lbs/week. We'll see today. If that starts to change I will add weights.
I will probably be walking the girls to school, so that is helpful.
